Hello, my name is Inês Catarina Pinto
I'm a user researcher with a thing for methods, mental models and systems. Empathy and curiosity come naturally to me. That's why I feel at ease trying to solve problems. I use visualization systems (and many sticky notes) to think better and understand complex relationships. That way I can help companies to create better services and products. I'm also the editor of Nevoazul, a print magazine about how we communicate with each other online. Twice a month I write The Internet in a Telegram, a newsletter about mediums and messages. When I'm not working, you can find me in the sun, probably picking wildflowers, reading non-fiction or learning new roller skating moves.
